Developed Minnesota RxConnect
, a website that is a key initiative of the State of Minnesota in providing
affordable prescription drugs to its residents. Completed within tight deadline
schedules. Created database and navigation components for online prescription
drug lookup.
*The District of Columbia is using what was developed in Minnesota to launch a similar website for their residents.
Enterprise Document Management System
Developed Best Practices for use on all Document Management projects. Oversaw vendor selection and technical
implementation. Interviewed DHS business units to gather functional requirements, organizational constraints
and to ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements.
Web Services Infrastructure
Developed a large-scale web environment for public Internet and private Intranet that can house 58 websites.
Participated in all projects involving the web, including application development and security-related projects.
MNCare Online Payments
Developed an online system, DHS Web Payments, to accept credit card and check payments for program premiums using
EZGov PaymentEngineŽ.
Web Application Development
Built an application for managing collection of health care policy questions from county workers. Built referral
system for health care program integrity investigations. Created various applications for DHS internal departments.
Managed relational databases for all web applications.
InfoDesk Application
Designed and developed a data repository and applications that provide Management Services information for
telecommunications, facilities and customer assistance.
