Experienced and smart...Some of our competitors hire consultants who are recent college graduates, or have only a few years of work experience. MACRO’s hiring philosophy is very different. Our typical new employee is already an experienced professional with more than ten years working in a variety of environments and industries. This means that our customers are not paying for “on the job training.” Our staff comes to each assignment with the needed technical and interpersonal skills and the added advantage of a broader, more balanced perspective.
