Experienced and smart...Some of our competitors hire consultants who are recent college graduates, or have only a few years of work experience. MACRO’s hiring philosophy is very different. Our typical new employee is already an experienced professional with more than ten years working in a variety of environments and industries.  This means that our customers are not paying for “on the job training.” Our staff comes to each assignment with the needed technical and interpersonal skills and the added advantage of a broader, more balanced perspective.

Customer-Focused...Because we hire our consultants for the long-term, not just for a specific placement, we assess each candidate’s potential for personal and professional growth and personal work style. Our consultants are required to adapt to the changing needs of the market and the many personality types they will encounter on any given assignment. For this reason, we deliberately seek people who are adaptable, helpful, capable and confident and therefore able to provide the highest level of customer service.

Collaborative...We understand the importance of working as a team. Our consultants have worked together for years, and enjoy sharing ideas and learning from one another. In working together, they bounce ideas off one another to come up with creative, effective, and practical solutions.
